Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to generate a return authorization and shipping label.
Pack Securely
Place the items back in their original cardboard shipping box, ensuring the metal clips are secure on the paint tins to prevent leaks during transit.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier point; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
